Seiko Kinetic Watch.pusher

I have a watch what needs a new or a repair on the pusher,can any one help me on this repair as it keeps falling out,tha Spring is in the pusher,I would be greatfull,thank you very much.

Pushers have a moon clip to retain them. Cousins have them either in a Seiko/Citizen assortment box or individually but you need the case number usually the last four digits after the dash in the serial number. Hope this helps.
