Hello,  I recently went to use my new (to me) Seitz tool.  It seems all of the anvils are to large to fit into the base.  I have since  learned that there can be a 4mm or a 3mm base.  I imagine the insert collection is not original to the set.   Has anyone tried to ream the 3mm hole to 4mm?   Or, how can I identify a 4mm tool when looking on line.  Is there any identifying marks that I can look for?  I just need to put together a workable situation.

Thank you,

Mark
