Zenith Respirator 28800

Hi all ,just received a Respirator TV style that requires a service.I note the spring retainers on the inside of the lugs.How does one hold the 4 retainers in the depressed position to allow release of the case from the movement.Does anybody have some advice or instruction to share?

Pictures would be helpful, it doesn’t sound like a common way to do things.

I can't see any springs, are you sure the back is held on with springs?

Look carefully either side of the lugs ,small spring loaded dark pins that can be depressed inwards towards the movement

The case and crystal must be removed to access the movement,the winding stem and crown will remain attatched

I think it's a monocoque case, it has a split stem.

No the case has a recess below the stem to lift the entire crystal and case and reveal the movement in the case back
