Telechron 711 alarm help.

I picked up a Telechron 711 at a flea market. The alarm worked but was a bit muted. I got the motor out and used a vacuum in WD to get new lube into the motor case. Seems to be working well. But the alarm is not working right. If I hold a screw driver to the vibrating alarm arm I can get it ringing. But then the off does not stop it all the time. Must be some adjustment. Thanks for any help. Photos of what I am working on attached.
