Is There a JAXA Style Torque Wrench?

Hello Everyone,

I don't know if anyone has already talked about this (did a search, zero results).

Has anyone started talking about the torque specifications for case backs?

Exactly how "tight" is tight?

We do this for all other machinery, why not publish (and enable) torque specifications for watches?

Am I missing this somewhere?  I am not seeing it in the books, message groups or anywhere else.  

What I'm talking about is fitting a digital torque meter to the handle of a generic JAXA tool:
