hey, i need help with junghans 620.02 movement. I was setting time and rotating crown progressively became harder and harder... now im afraid to turn it more.. how do i pull stem out ?

I see little screw moving when pulling crown out, should i turn it in same direction or contra?

Is it because movement needs oil ? Watch hasnt been serviced at least 10 years, or is it because of possible dirt ? Because winding is normal, just setting time is hard

That screw is not  left handed. You will need to remove the hands and dial and look at the teeth to see if some have been bent or missing due to finding it hard to wind. A good clean and oil should put in back in good working order. I think this is the screw you need to undo.
