Chrono Pusher Extension Levers on Holder

Does anyone know a watch parts supplier that offers pre-made extension levers that can mount on movement holders?  I am making these on an ad hoc basis but it would save time if these levers could be sourced.    They are for situations where the pusher is significantly lower than the chrono activator on the movement and cannot hit it straight on.
