I recieved a Kenneth Cole "reaction" that needs to have the 11 hour marker set in place. When I open the case up the face seems to be held in place, sitting on a ridge inside. Do Kenneth Cole watches need to have the crystal removed to do this fix?

Hi Lukey84, some KC watches have a back held by screws and the case and wristband are removed together (they are like one piece). The movement should come out with dial and everything. Check the case for screws or clips to hold the dial in place....

This has a pop off back and I didn't see any screws or clips inside. It looks like the crystal is in a front bezel that could come off, but it doesn't want to after a quick pry.

Could you post a picture? Working on some of those fashion watches could be a pain. I believe they use different ways of non standard casing to make them exclusive.
