Has anybody seen these or other marks on the reverse side of their old dials?

This is the back-side of the original dial in my 1969 Omega Genève 135.041. It has an intricate, repeating machined pattern, like a clover leaf or three outlined love hearts, that’s clearly visible across the full surface.

Is it some in-house Omega tooling pattern? An external supplier’s or manufacturer’s mark? Anyone know what’s going on here?

Hey there, I'm a couple years late to lunch here but I've found the same pattern, along with some markings, on a non-original Omega Geneve 613 dial. Same hearts/clovers, but I'm not sure what the rest of the numbers and markings mean here.
