Hammer and Cham Position on a ETA7750

Hello dear watch lovers
I have a question for the expert among you. The reset function of my chronograph does not work. The stop function works, but reset does not. I must have disassembled and reassembled the chronograph 3 times. I can't find the error.
Somehow it is stuck at "Cham". During my research I noticed that the position of the "hammer" ont he cham is different on different videos. Does anyone know how the correct must be? 
I have attached the pictures of the video clips.
