  1. Hello watch & clock community, I may be visiting here with lots of questions once I start on my first project of mechanical restoration of this clock from a WWII Messerschmitt ME109 It came from my late Grandfather's estate, who was a watch repairer, as was his father. So I've decided it's time to learn! Presently I'm a complete novice. It has a bent balance cock and mangled hair spring on first inspection. I'll be watching a lot more of Mark's fantastic films before I'm ready to dismantle the movement. good to know this is the place to be. regards Tim
