    I've removed at least a dozen stems, but this one has me stumped. The case needs cleaning. I've probed every which way trying to release the stem, but no luck. I'm familiar with all the usual places to press down. This one has no obvious location, to me anyway. It looks like the plastic housing surrounding the stem shaft is cracked. I'm not sure if that would affect the removal. Any ideas? Thanks.
