  1. I'm having a pig of a time with my first rebuild. the barrel arbor has a larger diameter than the centre coil of the mainspring and I just can't get it to sit down in position and engage the spring and pop through the case hole enabling me to get the barrel closed. Are there any tricks of the trade someone could tell me about here? I must have watched Mark's film of him doing it 20 times now and I can't see that he has this problem in the slightest. It's the Seiko 5 7009A still. thanks! Tim
