But I can't get the watch open? I've taken to two jewelers who specialize in watch repair (allegedly for 30+ years), and they could not get the watch open. It appears you don't open from the back, but from the front. Does it twist off or do you need a special tool to get under the topside cover without scratching?
I just called Tommy Bahama and they said I also need to send it to Precision in Utah - but figured I'd check with you first as it appears you resolved this issue.
