Hello,

I am new to this forum. I recently procured a used 1980s Omega Seamaster Polaris. The watch works well. The only thing missing is the gold omega logo in the clasp of the watch. I am not sure how to procure it. Ebay and Omega are too expensive. Any one has any ideas?

I have uploaded 2 pics of my watch and the last pic (3rd pic) is from the internet of the clasp that includes the missing omega gold logo.

Sorry I am very new to such watches. This is my first omega and got it used for a pretty reasonable price and missed looking at the missing logo.

Are there original or generic parts for such missing logos?

Thank you in advance.

Rgds,

What do you class as too expensive and where in the world are you?

I am in canada. The reason I say too expensive is the clasp on ebay costs almost as much as the watch. Or atleast 60%. Any ideas of where to get it from? Maybe I am not looking  at the right places.
