How do you setup a stereo microscope such that it doesn't give you a neckache, backache and with good wrist support.
I have a stereo microscope in my lab which I use for soldering work. The bench height is not ideal but soldering work normally just takes seconds to complete.
When I use it for watch repair work, after 10 minutes the neck and back hurts and the shakes start.
Could you guys show me how you setup your microscopes?
Thanks.
