Hi All Moving the regulator on this bifora 115/1 is not changing the rate.  It stays at +360 to 400.  The HS level and is going through the boot and pin.  I was able to adjust the beat error.  Amplitude is 270 dial down.  What should I be looking for? Thank you Charlie
