Rotary Shaver Sharpener Or New Blades?

As per title. I have a Philips HQ6990 rotary shaver. It's a bit blunt now so instead of buying new original blades at £30 (shaver was only £50) I thought about a Vallco vh2 sharpener (£17)

Anyone use one? OR know of somewhere selling cheap original replacement blades?
