identification of Roamer mainspring and barrel

Hello

I wonder if anybody can tell me which calibre watch these mainsprings and barrels they are used for ?

Are they for mst if so which models ?

There is a number on the Roamer box 1.40 - 0.10 - 320 is this the mainspring size ?
