Watch Lubricant Question

I use Moebius 8000 and  9010 mainly, one or two others here and there.  Porpoise Jaw for cheaper watches. Never had a problem but I use them all VERY sparingly. For mainsprings I use a chemist friends concoction I believe it contains syn oil and a touch of lithium. The oils used need a high surface tension for watch bearings and that is a main criteria. (non run)  Someone once mentioned 3 in 1 oil. That is a good lubricant for door hinges and your bike, it spreads very well but would be anathema to a watch because it would go everywhere. Just my opinion for what it may be worth.
