rolex 2030 issue

I am having such a bad time with a Rolex 2030...I have completely serviced the movement...adjusted the cannon pinion to proper tension...however it takes the minute hand approximately  one minute to "catch-up"...I set the hands and about 40 seconds later the minute hand starts moving..on the timer all looks good...if I take a piece of peg-wood and touch the minute hand there is a little play in it before it holds fast so it is not a cannon pinion issue...what on earth is the problems!

Goodness knows but check the dial train out to see where the excess play on the minute hand is emanating from. ??

it appears to be coming from the minute pinion...but how...it is held by a bridge/friction washer  and tied to the mainspring barrel...

There is a friction spring on this for the minute wheel. Is that there?

I  watch the video and I replaced the spring just as shown....
