Greetings,

I just started going through the basic course, with the aim of following  up with second once I accumulate sufficient tools to make it viable.  I've been into watches as a consumer for a decade or so but really want to get deeper into the subject.  I veer towards aviation/pilot related watches, love the GMT complication and lately, and I never thought this would occur I'm beginning to consider dive watches ...   Goal is to one day be able to work on 7750's  to keep my favourite watch happy throughout my life.      Not asked any questions yet because most of the initial ones re basic tools have been taken. Advice on how to keep the work  are 5 year old proof may be needed:)

Greetings, and good luck with the course. I think you'll have fun! Just don't get too discouraged when you're crawling around on the floor looking for a part, it happens to everyone.  Magnets are wonderful things! Don't forget to demagnetize when you find the part :-)
