Identify mov.t?

I appreciate the help but I don't see how it looks like that. It's a sun/moon with a 12hr hand @ 6, a 24hr at 3 and the open heart at 9... If that helps. I checked allwatchparts.com and I didn't see it there. At least not in the Chinese movements section. Also now that I mention Chinese movements I had a question about how to find dial for them. I want to get one with day, date, month and 24hr/ sun-n-moon but I have no idea. I tried just searching dials for the particular movement or just dials for Chinese watches but the closest I got was Alibaba where this company in China will custom make dials for you but work a min. purchase quantity of like 1000 which is obviously way too many... Though the prospect of making my own watch company intrigues me I'm not in a position at the moment to do so. Anyway I digress... Again. I shall move this if desired since it is a bit off topic.

Yes you're right; its not an ST16. It looks to be a variant of Japanese movement. The ony ones that have open heart at 9 are these...

Yes, I also found an example

But I just realized it is a slide rule bezel. Now this thing has just blown my mind once I saw a video about it from Long Island Watch Co. Now I'm simply amazed and this has taken a special place in my heart. I wouldn't get rid of it for anything. Though it's starting to run slow now about 2-4 mins a day. I need to service and lube it but I'm waiting to acquire all the necessary tools.

Now I want to build a watch with this but I feel it will be difficult as finding a dial and case will probably be near impossible especially with a Chinese movement.
