Luminous hands for Landeron 248

Hello, once again I'm working on a landeron 248. I would like to replace the old hands (which are corroded and bent) with new luminous hands. They should look like those which are used in the rolex handwinding chronos 6263/6265. Ranft mentions diameters 1.30 and 1.85, not very common. Does anybody know where I could buy such hands? Thanks in advance.

Or landeron 48 as they are the same size.
