Hi

My name is Pete and Im interested in lots of watches but mainly ATP or at least till I track them all down. Im a retired engineer and mechanical things don't phase me so I thought these clock work motors would not be a problem. Well best laid plans and all that its been and still is a steep learning curve but Im getting there, more successes now than failures but the failures do still happen.

Lots of Brits here. It's a very friendly forum and polite too.
There's knowledge, experience and ingenuity by the bucket load and they even welcome quartz bods like me!

Hello again, Pete! Glad you are hear. Not being a Brit I had to look up ATP, but glad I did. Military watches have a large following, and these look like they'd be fun to collect. Especially if you can bring some sad examples back to life!
