Adding A Loupe To A Visor...

I'm not sure - I have never used an optivisor - prefer a regular eyeglass but I would imagine you would not be able to do close inspection with the optivisor?

I am quite happy with my Optivisor for most work, but when closer inspection is needed, I think swinging the loupe up and down (or loupes if I go with two) would be easier than holding my hand loupe in front of my Optivisor.  Does that make sense?

I guess that could work. For really close inspection you might need up to 10x magnification.

Yes, as a newcomer to watch repair, I am starting to find out what's needed in terms of tools and adding to my humble collection.  I started with the 2X Optivisor and 4X loupe and thought the loupes which attach to my visor might be a logical next step.
