Deployment band issue

I am unfamiliar with this band, and cannot figure out how to adjust it? I've seen them with snap & swivel clasps before, but this one is solid? Any ideas?
It is Lucien Piccard BTW.

Looks like the bit with the word steel stamped in it needs to be pushed up against the leather strap.

This will drop the pin allowing you to slide it along to the new position.
