Sold 4 Cheapies And Bought A 9Ct Gold Majex From 1955

I spotted a very nice 9ct gold cased Majex on the Bay the other day. Looked hard and long at it, as I haven't got any gold or silver watches and decided to get it. So I sold off some cheap watches to make up most of the price and am expecting it in tomorrow. It's hallmarked for Edinburgh, 1955. From what I can tell from the movement picture, it looks like an Enicar (AR - Ariste Racine) style calibre, but I can't make out all the calibre number. Anyway, it looks clean and the seller's description claims it's a neat runner, so we'll see... Seller's pics:

Congratulations Will, that is definitely a winner! Very hard to find this kind of design (gold case, small seconds, case style, hands style, mechanical movement and type) out there: normally you get 2 out of 3. So, at the risk of repeating myself, I say beautiful and rare, nice going!
