The lift angle when adjusted to the exact angle on a Timographer etc. makes a very small difference so I would not worry to much. If the watch is in beat and showing good time the actual amplitude (proving it is not really low) is of little importance.

In my opinion that is.

This is an interesting view...

There is just a linear relation between lift angle and amplitude figure. If you have 25% difference (angles pocket watch / wrist watch), you may read 270° in flat position or 203° - more than a small difference and reason to worry imho.
