Bracelet Help

Does anyone know how to adjust this type of bracelet? I've tried everything I can think of.

I am not familiar with this braclet but normally there are arrows on the underside to indicate which parts of the strap are removable. I have added a pic with the parts that normally side out & by looking at the pic someone has already tried.

Clockboy is right. Apart from the obvious moving it where it is pinned. You will find on some of the cheaper bracelets you can't remove the links at all.
