How To Order A Mainspring

Well,

It turns out my Dad's 1960's Jules Jurgensen watch has a Peseux 330 Movement.  I've got this info on the mainspring  from http://www.ranfft.de/cgi-bin/bidfun-db.cgi?10&ranfft&0&2uswk&Peseux_330

 

Mainspring / battery

Zf781, 1.25 x 10.0 x 0.12 x 290mm

 

 

What I don't understand is what these numbers correspond to (except for the 290mm is for length) order a new mainspring.

1.25 = Height

10.0 = Inside barrel diameter

0.12 = Thickness (Strength)

290 = Length

1.25 Width of the spring

10 Barrel diameter

0.12. Thickness

290. Length

All sizes in millimetres.
