Hi all just a note to say hello , just starting out have been making gold a silver jewellery for a long time but would like a new challenge . Not sure where to start so any advice welcome .

Hello from me. Making gold and silver jewellery. You are going to used to handling small parts for a start which is good. Plenty on here as to how to go about starting. The first is to get yourself good tweezers and screwdrivers and eye glasses. Don't buy cheap as they won't last.

Welcome from me too! And as a suggestion - since you asked -- get good quality tools and a big movement (pocket watch like ETA 6498) with no complications to start with.
