Broken Mainspring Screw

It is more than likely that the price of the arbor + shipping will way exceed the value of the watch.

 

If it is a customer's watch (ie you are repairing and charging money) the cost will make them say 'don't bother' and the watch will remain unfixed.

 

If it is yours then chuck it in your drawer but keep your eye open for an organ donor.

 

If you still want to try to get the broken piece out - try heating it, then gripping the visible end with a sharp, thin cutting tool and turning. (i have used nail-clippers to good effect as the blade portion is narrow in width but sharp. Side cutters are usually too clumsy for this application.
