Removing stacked wheels

I'm new to this kind of movement with two stacked wheels. The stacked wheels won't come out and I'm not sure how to proceed. I suppose they're attached to the keyless works side where the center wheel pinion is located. It looks like there's a collar over the shaft of the center wheel. I tried pulling on it but it wouldn't budge. The five-arm wheel won't come out until I remove the stack. Thanks.

The movement looks like Zarija. No mater, the problem is that actually the seconds hand bush has left on the pinion of the 4th wheel. The wheel normally comes out with no problem. Now I would press the pivot that protrudes above the bush and hopefully the bush will get off.
