Need help identifying WWI trench watch

Recommended Posts

Looking to see if anyone would know what movement/watch this is, recently received as part of an estate. Displays WWI trench watch looks (face, movement, crown, etc.) but no makers mark or marks on the movement. Swiss made 15 jewel, pure nickel. Detailed photos are below.

Neat old watch that's showing its age in a rather charming way. Still, I'm sure it would be nice to clean up a bit and have it running well.

The bridge layout is so common that it may be difficult to nail down a maker. The best hope may be to have the dial removed to see the keyless works. Then again, it's probably quite early to be certain of its inclusion into the various "fingerprint" diagrams. Still, there might be a marking on the pillar plate under the dial that could help with ID.

Be aware that the hands and numerals are almost certainly radium and have surprisingly strong radioactivity. You don't want to handle them roughly at all. Your watchmaker, should  you enlist the services of one,  should know all about radium. Good luck getting better info. Cheers.
