Broken lug on case--looking for a replacement

As you see here.  I was just screwing the back on by hand and it broke off.  Lots of corrosion, so no surprise.

Looking to source a replacement case.  Ofrei has cases for modern eta and stellita movements,  I imagine that millions and millions of these types of cases were made.

Movement is roughly 28mm.
