Hello Everyone

I live on the outskirts of London and started getting interested in repairing and servicing watches a few years after retirement. I only wish I'd developed this interest years ago when my eyesight was keener! Google led me recently to this forum - I was taking apart an Oris 705 (little 1960s pin pallet watch with a pointer date) when various bits of the calendar mechanism flew out and I hadn't a clue how they all were supposed to go back. Anyway, I came across a thread from 1916 from someone else with the same problem and this helped me to work it all out. I'd like to chip in with the answer (as nobody at the time could help) but am not sure if I should reply to such an old thread or start a new one, so any advice on the right approach would be welcome.
