How yemk install screws to call the phone it's not riding on the enabled

You might consider using another translator - your headline makes no sense in the context of watchmaking.

You are showing a CITIZEN dial. I assume both front and back? If so, the back side has no location pins, so I'm assuming you locate the dial based on the day/date window?

I'm not familiar with how CITIZEN attaches their dials - other brands attach the dial by means of really small screws through the side of the movement however those screws typically press against a protruding dial stud (see 2 studs on rear of dial below).

Hi as Gary pointed out both the dial feet are missing. There are several repair techniques available to restore the feet. There are stick on feet (avaiable from Cousins UK ) but with calendar complications you have to watch for the clearance. There are tools available to recess the dial to relocate the feet. The one below is a Cousins one but they are available from Ali Express far cheaper.  The other alternative is to re-solder new feet on,  like the attached which is my own that I built a while ago or the commercial alternative.

Unless the watch has sentimental meaning to you - you might want to find a new dial.

There are several watches that appear to have a similar dial here however you would really need to know more about your watch, dial size and specific movement to ensure that any dial you get would align properly with the holes in the main plate.

Disclaimer - I have never purchased from India and have seen too many stories that suggest it isn't a great idea.
