Ebay Seiko 5 ID

Hello,

I can’t find this watch anywhere and I’m starting to think this is a fake but I’m still curious what do you guys think this is.

I'm no expert on Seiko but it looks all wrong to me.  The stamped lettering on the back is too untidy, and I've never seen a dial like that with "Japan Made"

I would be putting money on it being a fake. The movement looks pretty cheap and nasty tbh and not signed. The serial number on the back also doesn't follow the same curve of the case. Seiko are pretty shit hot at making dials, 11 oclock indices not centered. Just doesn't look good enough for Seiko.

Always worth asking Tadas, better than being caught out. I've been there, not with fakes but mislead condition. Rather frustrating having your leg lifted.

Always check the location. This may come across as harsh but if it comes from India then be prepared for something of poor quality.
