Elgin 15/0 or waltham 15/0

I'm looking for a hairspring fits both of these movement does anyone know where a could buy some?

It is unlikely that a hairspring for an Elgin would work in a Waltham even though both are American made and have size designations that would suggest they are similar.

If you have a specific serial number Elgin, I can give you the specific part number for the hairspring, balance and/or balance complete. I don't have the ability to do the same for a Waltham movement.
