Seiko Hattori VX01 movement query

Hello all,

I required a movement to fit in a very small space and opted for the Hattori VX01.

I am embarrassed to admit that I unsure how to keep the battery (379) in place. The metal arms either side don't look to me as if they are supposed to be levered up onto the battery, especially as one has the end angled down towards the movement.

If anyone has worked with the VX01 or a similar movement I would very much appreciate the benefit of your knowledge.

On this type the top plate only holds partially, the battery is held by the tab on the plastic casing ring -  if you don't have one you will have to improvise something else.  That is done to facilitate battery replacement, however Miyota and other makers don't do the same.
