The Secret Life of the Watch - Remastered

"The Secret Life of Machines" was a series of TV programmes shown in the UK in the late 80s.  I remember watching them as a kid and loved the style, presentation and information they contained.

This episode is about watches, mostly quartz but does touch on mechanical.  Be sure to watch to the end for a commentary on the episode.

A very informative Video  worth watching.  I remember the gas station watches  either free with 4 Gallons or for a cost of £1  and they lasted probably longer than some Swatch watches today.
