Home made storage pot for watch movement

Recommended Posts

Hi, Just thought I would share. The glass pot is from Marks and Spencer, some kind of pudding was in there originally. The lid is from a Pringles tube. They fit together pretty much perfectly. I also use the Pringles lids on their own for small parts when I am working on a movement. Steve.

Hi every one, My daughter buys and sells high end china on line, with her buys comes a lot of old wine glasses of all sizes, I use a Dremel to cut off the stem and foot leaving a small numb to pick it up, they are heavy enough not to move, and protect the movement on its holder or cushion.  Charity shops are also good suppliers
