DIY revolving tweezer stand

Recommended Posts

I designed and printed this.  It has a bearing embedded in it with a small clearance to create a nice rotation feel.  The PLA I used prints beautifully and allows you to sand it a little which creates a tactile smooth finish.

omg, beautiful!!!

I love making tools and accessories. Youve done a great job!

I just finished modeling and printing a watch spring winder. Currently im fitting the parts together.

So nice to be able to draw up a print for something you want.

Print at 0.1mm.  No supports if your printer is good a bridging.  The bering is a standard 12mm hole, 24mm diameter, 6mm height.  You may need to put a small paper shim above the bering to bring it flush with the bottom of the mid section.  It depends on how good your printer is at bridges / supports.

Tell me how you got on.
