Tudor Prince rough dial

Hi all... my just brought a Tudor Prince, the dial is a bit scuffy... does anyone have any ideas on how to clean, restore. I can barely make out the writing etc

There is always the option of refinishing the dial, but think it through first. There are some with strong feelings opposing refinished dials, preferring the original regardless of the "patina" it may have. Generally, higher end watches will decrease in value if the dial is refinished.   

And cleaning this dial will not improve the appearance significantly.

I love the watch but I think it just looks a bit boring... there’s nothing really Standing out

The print is missing.

re-luming the hands would help, but note that the minute and hour hands are not currently matching types.

Is there anyway I can get the text re printed or painted. I would love this to be done and still have the dial patina

Actually repainting the print on a patina dial is a (good) idea I hadn't thought of. I'm sure a dial refinisher could do it if they wanted to. Print in white of course.  I'd contact them first before sending it off.
