above or below ratchet wheel

Still messing about with this tissot 783.I am having problems getting the train bridge to fit properly..So does anyone know if the center seconds wheel should be above or below the ratchet wheel. Dont want to encourage it to fit until i am sure were the seconds wheel should be.

It will go under, and as I recall you have another bridge that should go over the center wheel, then the 4th wheel. The third wheel pinion goes through a hole in that bridge to reach its jewel in the mainplate. Then the escape wheel goes in and you can put on the train bridge.
