Crystal sizes

Hi, I've got an old "Regency" wristwatch containing a felsa 4033 movement and the case is heavily worn - the main problem is that the crystal is cracked right across. If I had to replace it how do I measure it for replacement? and could it be repaired or left as-is? Thanks

Crystal replacement can be quite easy.  But sometimes it's a pain.  It's not just the size, it's the material, profile, fitting, tension ring, gasket...

Best thing to do would be to post a picture of the old crystal and we can help you from there.

If it's cracked, remove it and measure:

- measure the crystal

- measure the seat diameter after you cleaned it and/or removed the crystal gasket if applicable (I-gasket or L-gasket)
