Amphibia Mod gone wrong

Looks fine to me. What's the problem?

Ah, sorry. Looked again. Remove all the hands, Put the hour hand on, adjust it to the hour marker. Put the minute hand on, and turn both through a 12 hour cycle to check alignment and clearance. You might need a few attempts to get it perfect. Then put on the seconds hand.

amphibias can be finnicky. dimensions vary. it should just be a friction fit. If the hands are moving around after you set them in place they could be a tad loose. looking at the hands the minute hand looks like a standard vostok piece, while the hour hand does not.Are you sure you have the proper hand?

Hello , thanks for your feedback, i aligned them as i should have done but... i accidentally hit the seconds hand, rendering it unusable. So, i bought the seconds hand again. As for the bezel, i simply cannot fit the new one, it is too hard(i have an aliexpress case press). Thanks for your feedback guys.

If it's too hard to the point that you can't press it using a case press, then check ID of the new bezel and compare it to the old one.

Vostok  hands have a hole diameter  of 1.4 and .9 mm for the hour and minute hand. I can think of no other watch that uses this combination.  I suggest  you consult   with a vostok  specific  vendor such as meranom.  There are other  internet  vendors ,but unless  the hands are specifically  stated to be of those  sizes the hands will  very likely  not fit.
