2200 GK

Recommended Posts

hi to all.i was sorting out repairing/servicing a few BFG 866"s and came across a movement which looked similar until i started to strip it down.i know these are only cheap and basic movements but i am still learning and prefer to practice on these and besides i get satisfaction if and when i get them running which i have with a few.anyway the movement i am talking about has 2200 GK stamped on it but i cant find any info on it.any ideas?

No firm answer ... but if you're accepting ideas...! ?

The BFG 866 can apparently have two versions of the fourth wheel (for second hand). This is part number 220 ... or 220/1. Could it be that 2200 is to indicate a particular version? And then GK a German acronym that makes sense in this version context?
