Tissot 27B-21 guidance

Hi everyone,

I am working on my first self servicing of vintage manual wind Tissot.

I am stuck and hoping the seniors here might be able to give me some guidance.

The issue is, i had no idea how to remove the drive wheel during disessembly and how it should be install back during assembly.

Much appreciated.

You need a wheel puller (see link below). I don't have one so I use two flat rods (sourced from inside a car wiper blade) bent and thinned down at the edge. You can also slide a flat blade under and worked your way up but be warned ... your chances of breaking the shaft is high... slow and easy and rotate the wheel as you go so it comes off straight.
